Alan Moore

Alan G. Moore, age 89 of Saluda, died Sunday, December 15, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Li Moore and his sister, Marie Markham of Saltburn, United Kingdom. He was born and raised in the UK and served in the British Royal Navy during WWII. He was a salesman for Winchester Arms for many years and enjoyed meeting new people and sharing stories of his many experiences. He also was involved in the cellular telephone industry during its infancy. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 20th in Philippi Memorial Gardens, Deltaville.
