Albert Palmer

Albert Barton “Bart” Palmer, age 81, died January 29, 2013 from congestive heart failure and other complications. Born at Shamokin Hospital in the mountains of Pennsylvania. Mr. Palmer’s survivors are his wife of 53 years Carol Palmer, son Jim Palmer, daughter-in-law Jill and grandsons, Mitch and Jack all of Mechanicsville VA, son Dave Palmer, his girlfriend, Rose and her son Lam of Urbanna, and sister-in-law Cynthia Guzzi and niece Mara Still of Saluda VA. Mr. Palmer was a member of Urbanna United Methodist Church.

Memorial donations may be sent to the church at P.O. Box 217, Urbanna VA 23175. Later services at Mt. Carmel, Pennsylvania will be private.
