Anne Taylor

Anne Linthicum Taylor, 77, of Caret, passed away on Monday, April 4th, 2022. Anne was a member of Upper Essex Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending her time gardening, reading, on the beach, and most of all with her family.

Anne is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Gertrude Linthicum; and her foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Estes; her husband, Lloyd Taylor; her son, Dale Taylor; brother, James Linthicum; and her sister, Lila Gordon.

She is survived by her son, Jason Taylor (Lorrie); her brothers, Richard (Cindee) and Charles Linthicum; her sister, Betty Luttrell; her grandchildren, Brooke Scott (George), Dale Taylor, Kate Highlander, and Hunter Taylor; and one great-grandson, George F. Scott V.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 7th, 2022, at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel from 5:00-7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at Upper Essex Baptist Church at 11:00 am on Friday, April 8th, 2022. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ledwith-Lewis Free Clinic at P.O. Box 2313, Tappahannock, VA 22560.
