Beverly Rickman

Beverly Jean Walworth Rickman, 51 of Severn, Maryland and Red Oak, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 surrounded by her loving family and friends. Beverly Jean was a graduate of the University of Maryland and a long term employee of the Department of Defense.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Lou Reinhardt; father, Raymond W. Walworth and brothers John Carlas Denton and Michael Denton. She is survived by the love of her life, her husband Shawn Kirk Rickman; step-son Chandler Hart Rickman; her brother and rock, Curtis Lee Denton; sisters, Penny Lee Reinhardt and Holly Reinhardt Helcamp; her step- father Robert Reinhardt and many cousins and friends that loved her dearly.

Some called her Beverly and others called her Jeannie, but whatever you called her you knew that her sweet nature and enormous heart made you happy to have her in your life. She will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 6-8pm at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at 2:00pm at Gwynn’s Island Baptist Church with burial to follow in Gwynn’s Island Cemetery. A reception will be held at the church following the interment.
