Brenda Belvin Hudgins, 72, of Cardinal, Virginia passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Delma Belvin; her twin sister, Leona Belvin and a niece Tammy West.
She is survived by her husband, William V. Hudgins, Jr.; two daughters, Angela White and Tracy Respress; a sister, Janet Keith (John); a brother, James O. Belvin III; three step-children, Frances Hudgins, William Hudgins and Ray Hudgins; three grandchildren, Christy Respress (Danny), Brandan Minor (Lisa), and Jessica Respress; three great-grandchildren, Nathan Stark, Justin Turner, and Easton Minor; and a special nephew, Lewis West (Bubba).
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, with burial to follow in St. Paul Annex Cemetery, Susan. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 6-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made in Brenda’s memory to the Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad, 94 Cricket Hill Road, Hudgins, Virginia 23076.
