Charles L. Kellum, 61, passed away in VCU-MCV Hospital on Saturday, July 27, 2019. He is survived by his mother, Harriet Kellum; 2 sisters, Anita Cecil and Debbie Todd; 2 nieces, Angela Hudgins & Shanen Miller; 1 nephew, Scott Cecil and his best friend, Jean Watterson.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia. Visitation will follow the service until 8:00pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Charles’s memory to Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, P.O. Box 37, Mathews, VA. 23109.
