Charlotte Rae Clements, 80, of Deltaville, died Saturday, February 16, 2013, after a brief illness. She was a member of Zoar Baptist Church, Deltaville and the Order of the Eastern Star.
She was predeceased by her parents, Rev. Peter H. Clements, Sr. and Naomi Jackson Clements, and sisters Rubye Burtoff and Mary Hellman. She is survived by two siblings, Rosetta C. DeIulio and her husband Joseph of Williamsburg, and Peter H. Clements, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Merritt Island, Florida, and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 23, in Zoar Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Zoar Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1010, Deltaville, VA 23043.
