Charlotte "Faye" Davis

Charlotte “Faye” Davis, 74, of Tappahannock, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021. She was a lifelong resident of Tappahannock, and a longtime member of Beale Memorial Baptist Church. She served as the Office Manager at Monumental Life for several years. Faye really enjoyed traveling, and loved going on mini bus trips. She loved to cook, and happened to be an excellent pastry chef.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Henry and Ruth (Edna) Brizendine Davis.

She is survived by her cousin, Carey Oakley (Connie); her adopted daughter, Susan Ray (Steve); devoted friend, Janet Seal (Buddy); and several cousins and many other family members.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel, Tappahannock. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Howertons Baptist Church Cemetery. Please be advised that current state-mandated guidelines will apply to all in attendance, including social distancing and appropriate face coverings.
