Christopher Scott Putt

Christopher “Chris” Scott Putt, 60, of Topping, Virginia passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024. He graduated from Mathews High School. Chris delivered newspapers and worked at NAPA in Mathews for many years. He most recently worked as a Ride Maintenance Tech at Busch Gardens. 

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Kathryn Putt; four daughters, Chelsea McCann, Alyssa Putt, Alayna Putt, Elizabeth Putt and stepfather to Kathryn’s two children, Brandon Sorensen and Elizabeth Foster; a sister, Susan White; two brothers, Michael and Terry Putt; grandchildren, Quinn and Aurora McCann, Zuri Robare and his soon to be grandson, Maverick Pernau.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 29, 2024 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia followed immediately by a funeral service at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Gwynn’s Island Cemetery.
