Clifton Sibley Downs, 84, of Mathews, Virginia passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019 in Gloucester, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton Garland and Willie Emma Downs and also his wife, Frances Roberts Downs. He is survived by his son Steven G. Downs. A graveside service officiated by Pastor William Erps will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 13th at Milford Cemetery, 276 Haven Beach Road, Moon, VA, 23119. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia is assisting the family.
