Corina Patrick

Corina Louise (Mammy) Patrick, 89, left this world for better land on July 7, 2015. She was born in Anson County, North Carolina to Mamie and George Jordan. She married William Franklin Patrick and they had four children; Amie Ansama (Jerry) of York County; William Franklin Patrick Jr. (Judy) of Gloucester; Carla Callis (David) of Mathews and George Patrick. She is preceded in death by her husband William Franklin Patrick Sr. She was a retired RN and worked at Hampton General Hospital as a night supervisor and IV therapist. Upon her retirement, she left Hampton and moved to Gwynn's Island which she loved. She spent the last seven years living with Carla and David. She loved knitting and her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She leaves behind 3 grandchildren; William Allen Pate (Shannon); Corina Williams (Chester) and Christian Patrick, four great grandchildren, Kyle Pate, Jakob Pate, Gracie Pate and Dominic Williams. Visitation will be at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, Va. on Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 7:00 until 8:30 pm. In lies of flowers the family has requested a donation be made in her memory to Faith Baptist Church.
