Danny Lee Criswell, 67, of Hudgins, VA passed away on November 16, 2016. Danny was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Criswell. He is survived by wife, Linda Criswell; son, Kevin Criswell; daughters, Karen Lloyd (Clay) and Kristi Anthony (Mike); grandchildren, Ashley LaPointe (Richard), Joseph Wolski, and Joshua Anthony; mother, Lucille Tarkenton; brother, Charles Criswell; and sister, Kay Chittenden (Ed).
Danny is a former Newport News Police Officer and retired CSX Carman with 33 years of service.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad, P. O. Box 23, Mathews, VA or to Mathews Volunteer Fire Dept. P. O. Box 1130, Mathews, VA 23109 or to St. Paul United Methodist Church, c/o Melanie Miles, P. O. Box 13, Port Haywood, VA 23138.
