David Pomfret

David George Pomfret, 79, of Champlain, Virginia passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. He was a professional dog trainer and manager of the Upland Hunting Operation at Blandfield Plantation in Caret, Virginia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley Ross Pomfret and Josephine Turner Pomfret; brother, John Ford Pomfret. He is survived by his companion, Grace Anne Lawson; son, James Robert Pomfret; niece, Jessica Talley; nephew, David Pomfret; friends, Bobbi Leighton, Danny Gooch, and many others.

A memorial service for Dave will be held at a later date. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel, Tappahannock is assisting the family with arrangements.
