David Wright

David Elmore Wright, 84, of Tappahannock passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, October 4, 2020. He was a member of the Tappahannock Warsaw Moose Lodge and a retired employee of the Virginia Elastic Plant.

David is survived by his wife, Shirley Wright; six daughters, Cathy Hedges (Wayne), Donna Jorgensen (Gary), Penny Grubbs (Tommy), Wendy Roark, Sandi Shaver and Sharon Ambrose (Chris); one step-daughter, Lisa Barnhardt; his sister Brenda Wright; twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2020 in the Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel, Tappahannock with Pastor Danny Pack officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 Noon until service day time at the funeral home.
