Delores Munn

Delores M. Munn, 87, of Mathews, Virginia passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021. Delores was a member of Mathews Baptist Church, Hudgins, Virginia. She was the custodian at Lee Jackson Elementary School in Mathews.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Munn (Cindy) and Douglas Munn (Tammy); daughter, Susan Hurst (Bart); a brother, Richard Minyon; eight grandchildren, Michael Munn, Jr., Jennifer Munn Jefferson, William Munn, Jacob Munn, Josh Munn, Joseph Hurst, Sadie Mason and Megan Burnett; eight great-grandchildren, Sydney, Sophia, Lilly, Issy, Ray, Parker, Bailey and Addie.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 5 – 7 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Windsor Gardens Cemetery and Mausoleum, Dutton, Virginia. Please be advised that current state-mandated guidelines will apply to all in attendance, including social distancing and appropriate face coverings.
