Donald C. Hines, 56, of Mathews, Virginia passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016. Donald was born in Wilmington, NC and his greatest past time was fishing. He was predeceased by his parents Donald William and Nancy Caroline Hines. He is survived by his siblings, Alec James Hines of Piankatank Shores, Pauline Hines of Mathews, VA, Debbie Schaefer of Onemo, VA and William Joseph Hines of San Diego, CA. No Services will be scheduled. Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home is serving the family.
