Dora Haigler

Dora Alice Butler Haigler, age 85, of Wake, Va. went to be with the Lord on February 25, 2018. Dora was a life-long resident of Middlesex County who loved the Lord, her family, and animals. She was predeceased by her parents Joe and Edna Butler, her husband Paul Haigler, and a great granddaughter Anabella Rae Bryan. Survivors include a son Joe Haigler (Diane), daughters Doreen Pass (Eric) and Paula Chandler (Bubba), 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A Service to celebrate Dora’s life will be held at 2pm on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, 15 C.F. Edwards Lane, Saluda, Va. 23149. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home prior to the Service beginning at 1pm. Burial will follow in Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Topping, Va. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Aicardi Syndrome Foundation at P.O. Box 3202, St. Charles, IL 60174 in Mrs. Haigler’s name, in memory of her great granddaughter, Anabella Rae Bryan.
