Doris V. Bowen, age 81, of Deltaville died Thursday, August 30, 2012. She was the widow of Harry H. “Bud” Bowen, Sr. Survived by her children, Joyce B. Blake (David) of Topping, Harry H. Bowen, Jr. (Buddy) of Virginia Beach, Todd C. Bowen, Sr. of Deltaville; a sister, Eutha Hartmon of New Orleans, LA, eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Services will be private. The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial gifts to Middlesex Volunteer Rescue Squad, PO Box 98, Deltaville, VA 23043. Arrangements by Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Saluda.
