Earnest Blake

Earnest James “Ernie” Blake, Jr., 66, of Topping, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Earnest James Blake, Sr. He is survived by his loving wife, Vicki Beswick Blake; daughter, Christy Bruce (Elvin); son, Michael Blake; grandchildren, Hailey and Brayden Bruce; mother, Norma C. Blake; brother, Alan C. Blake; niece, Amanda; nephew, James, and a host of other loving family members and friends. Funeral services will be held 11a.m., Monday, December 11th, at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda. Interment Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6p.m. on Sunday (this evening) at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hartfield Volunteer Fire Department, P.O.
