Edmund R. "Randy" Mozingo, 60, of Champlain passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda Mae Rouse Mozingo.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 30, 2021 in the Mozingo Family Cemetery, 3893 Lloyds Road, Champlain, VA 22438.
