Ethel Dorothy Mullins, 65, surrounded by family passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 of Charles City formerly of Middlesex County. Proceeded in death by her parents, Archie Linwood Rainier Sr. and Mary Frances Rainier of King & Queen County, VA. She was the widow of Cecil Burnes “TT” Mullins Sr. Proceeded in death by her baby daughter, Stephanie Jean Mullins and her step-daughter, Rhonda Jean Mullins; sisters, Emily Frances Brooks, Sara Elizabeth Brooks, Macey Marie Wilkinson Coleman; brothers, Archie Linwood Rainier Jr, Ronald Linwood Rainier of FL. She is survived by her children, Kenneth Lee Dawson of Charles City, VA, Mary Ann Atkinson (Anthony) of Saluda, VA, Cecil Burnes Mullins, Jr. (Patricia ) of Rogersville, Tenn., Ethel Annette Haynes (Ronald) of Deltaville, VA, Logan Presley Mullins of Shacklefords, VA, Ava Boyd (Lester) of Clintwood, VA, Hazel Mullins of Bristol, Tenn., Loretta Mullins, of Bristol, Tenn., Julie Beverly of Wise, VA, Leonard Mullins of King & Queen, VA, Roger Mullins (Linda) of Crew, VA; sisters, Leslie Iannaggi (Tom) of Williamsburg, VA, Mary Webb (Brian) of Shacklefords, VA, Brenda Philbates (George) of New Kent, VA; brothers, Jimmy Bristow (Beverly) of Wake, VA, Jesse Rainier (Tammie) of Middlesex, VA. Ethel was also survived by 24 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in The Edge Worship Centre, 400-14th Street, West Point, VA.
