Florence Glenn Willaford, age 94, of Hardyville, widow of Hoyt Ermont Willaford died Thursday, August 23, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Herbert W., Sr. and Susie Crittenden Glenn. She was a life long member of Clarksbury United Methodist Church where she served on many boards and committees. Florence was employed with the United States Department of Agriculture for 19 years and later co-owned and operated Bridgers Building Supply in Deltaville. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Edna Glenn, brother, Herbert W. Glenn, Jr. and is survived by a son, Monty Willaford and his wife Susan of Norfolk. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Monday, August 27 in Clarksbury United Methodist Church, Hardyville with interment in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to 7pm at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Saluda. Memorial gifts may be made to Clarksbury UMC, PO Box 10, Hardyville, VA 23070.
