Mr. Floyd A. Scott, age 98, of Jamaica, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 26, 2016. He is survived by his children, Floyd Lee Scott, Margaret (Peggy) Ann Scott-Grant and Jane Cargill. Memorial services will be held 11AM, Tuesday, March 1, 2016 in Urbanna Baptist Church, Urbanna, Virginia with a reception to follow in the church fellowship hall. Interment will be private.
