Francis Palumbo

Francis Joseph Palumbo, Jr. (46) of Saint Stephens Church, VA passed away suddenly, on December 31, 2018. Devoted husband of Bobbie Jo Fogg-Palumbo; extraordinary father of Charles Joseph (Charlie) and lover of all animals. Originally from Bowie, MD; Frank (Joe) received his Bachelor’s degree from Bowie State University in 1997; graduated Bowie High School in 1991. Frank was a great friend to many, sharing positivity and encouragement daily. Preceded in death by his parents, Francis J. Palumbo (FJ) and Roberta Diane (Furbee) Palumbo. Survived by his siblings Kenneth G. Palumbo, Robert F. Palumbo and Melissa A. Thompson; nephews Anthony Palumbo, Ryan Thompson and niece Natalie Palumbo.

His extended family Lucille Fogg, Teresa Fogg, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Marter (Shirley), Nancy Fogg, Billie Fogg and nephew Joshua Marter and also many friends.

The celebration of Frank’s life will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2018 at 11:00 am at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks and Bristow Chapel, Tappahannock, Virginia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Charlie Palumbo’s future.
