Franklin Foster

Franklin Elsworth Foster, 91, of Churchview passed away May 29, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife, Adell S. Foster; daughter, Jessie Ann Thrift (Bill); granddaughter, Leslie Thrift (David); stepsons, Jeffery Mozingo and Elvis Mozingo; sisters, Jane Hogge, Alvine Brown (Charles); and brother, Willie Foster (Sissie);. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Foster Sr. and Lucille Foster; sister, Margaret South; and brothers, Lloyd Foster Jr., Weldon Foster, and Delbert Foster. Funeral services will be held 2 pm, Thursday, June 1, 2017 in Lower King and Queen Baptist Church with interment immediately following. The family will receive friends one hour prior to church service on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lower King and Queen Baptist Church, Cemetery Fund, PO Box 104, King & Queen County, Va, 23085.
