Gilbert Allen

Gilbert L. Allen, age 75 of Topping, Virginia passed away on September 15, 2019. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from the United States Park Police in Washington D.C. Survivors include wife, JoAnn Allen; L.P. Tuddin; and brother, Dean Allen.
