Gordon Page Riley, 89, of North, Virginia passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Riverside-Walter Reed Hospital. He was a member of Grace-Providence Church, the American Legion, and the West Mathews Community League.
He was predeceased by his parents, Wilbur and Margaret Riley; and his son, Charles E. Riley.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ginger Riley; two daughters, Annie Riley of North, Virginia and Teresa Peebles of Hampton, Virginia; three sons, Eric Riley of Suffolk, Virginia, Bill Riley of Gwynn, Virginia and Mark Riley of Hopewell, Virginia; four grandsons; two great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Brenda Riley of Hayes, Virginia; a brother-in-law, Jimmy Hall of Frederick, Maryland; special friends, Kenneth Akes of Gloucester, Virginia, Lonnie Wilson III of Danville, Virginia, Bryan Catberro of North, Virginia and his much loved canine companions, Cubby and Colby.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Grace-Providence United Methodist Church, Mobjack, Virginia. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Grace-Providence United Methodist Church, 84 Grace St., Mobjack, Virginia 23056. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia is assisting the family.
