Irene Morrison

Irene Robinson Morrison, of Dunnsville, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 22, 2021. She was loved by many in her community and her church. Irene loved being with her family members, and was a faithful servant of the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Morrison, Sr; her daughter, Linda Morrison; and her son, Robert L. Morrison, Jr.

She is survived by her sister, Gladys Rodenhauser; her grandchildren, Dawn Carson (Matt), Crystal Morrison, and Kristen Morrison (John); numerous great grandchildren including Christopher, whom she lovingly raised since he was a child; one great-great grandchild; Nieces, Deborah Potter (Carroll, deceased) and Tracy Stokes (Jack); several grand nieces and nephews; and many great-grand nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Ephesus Baptist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Graveside services will follow in the church cemetery, and a reception will be held in the fellowship hall after the services. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel, Tappahannock is assisting the family with arrangements.
