James Jones

James Iredell Jones, Jr. “J.J./Jimmy” passed away January 5th, 2018 at the age of 69. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a lifelong mechanic with an extreme love for drag racing, an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing, & a member of The Colonial Shag Club. He is survived by his wife Kimberly of 35 years. His children; Amy, Danny (Mary), Charlie, James “Sticky” & Jenny; 3 grandsons; Braxton, Breck & Bridger; 2 brothers Allen & Brian Whitaker. The family will have a Celebration of Life on January 27th, 2018 from 5-9 p.m. at The American Legion Bldg., Gloucester. In lieu of flowers, please bring fond memories, pictures & stories to share.
