James Stevenson

James Junior Stevenson III (Jim), of Tappahannock Virginia, passed away on Thursday, November 28th 2019. Jim was born in West Virginia on June 19th 1946. Jim was preceded in death by his wife Aneta, and his father James. He is survived by his mother Eliza; his children Jimmy (Jack) and Debbie (John); his grandchildren Frank (Shauna) and Christopher; his great-grandchildren Wyatt, and Skylar; and his long-time friend Beth.

Jim was a hard-working man who always had to be doing something. He retired from Bay Aging and then returned to work as a maintenance worker for apartments. When he wasn't working, Jim enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his grandchildren.

The funeral service for Jim will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel, Tappahannock Virginia, at 2pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Essex cemetery.
