Jan Creekmore

Jan H. Creekmore, age 62, of Saluda passed away, Tuesday, May 17, 2016. She was a member of Forest Chapel United Methodist Church, Warner, and Assistant Director of Human Resources for the Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Community Services Board in Saluda. Survived by her husband, Walter N. Creekmore; children, Christy C. Phillips (Chris), Nathan Creekmore (Amy); three grandchildren, Spencer, Mason and Walter; and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 20, 2016 at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Saluda. Interment will be in Forest Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Warner. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday.
