James "Jimmie" B. Callis, age 92, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2015. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Onemo, Virginia and Masonic Lodge, Oriental No. 20 AF & AM.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his son, James Albert Callis and is survived by his wife, Pauline P. Callis.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, Virginia on Saturday, January 10, 2015. Masonic rites will be given at 5:45 p.m. before the Saturday visitation. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel on Sunday, January 11, 2015 with interment to follow in Pear Tree Cemetery, Onemo, Virginia.
