Joan Y. Allen, 81, of Gloucester, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert W. Allen. She is survived by her daughters, Juanita Cheatham, Jody Townsend (Bobby), Kim Atkins (Bobby), Kellie Andrews (Ross); and one son; Herbert Allen.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 1-3:00 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia. A private family graveside service will follow.
Memorials Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (Southeastern Virginia Chapter, 6350 Center Drive, Suite 102, Norfolk, Virginia 23502)
