John Weber

John Weber Jr., age 87, of Topping,Virginia, passed away on Thursday August 8, 2013, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke,Virginia.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Lenora O. Weber. John is survived by his son, John Weber III, of Roanoke,Virginia and his wife, Cathi, and grandchildren Johnny and Jenna.  John also leaves behind his step-daughter, Sandy Gibbon, of Maryland and step-son Mark L. Brown and his wife, Diane, of Warrenton,Virginia, and their children, Tracey, Lisa, Jeff and Jenny. John retired from Eastern Airlines in 1985 and moved to Middlesex Countywith his wife, Lee, where they enjoyed the beauty and serenity of the area.  He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed flying small planes and instructing students well into his late 70’s.  John lived independently until his death with the close help and caring support of family and Florence Smith.  A funeral service will be held on Monday August 12, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Saluda,VA. Interment Middlesex Memorial Cemetery,Urbanna,VA.
