Joyce Downs

Joyce Ann Downs, age 72, of Hartfield passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2015. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, Gloucester. She was predeceased by her sisters, Erlene Ballard, Nancy Lowey and Linda Lilley  Survived by her husband, Daniel A. Downs; sons, Christopher Downs (Carrie) of Centerville, Md., Douglas Downs (Lennea) of Laurel, Md. and Andrew Downs also of Laurel, Md. Grandchildren, Ashley (Daniel), Cody, Drew and Conner; great granddaughter, Sloane, and twenty-three nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 8th at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 7840 John Clayton Memorial Highway, Gloucester.
