Judy Duncan

Judy Duncan, 71, of Saluda, widow of Bill Duncan, passed away Friday, March 30, 2018 at her home. Beloved mom, sister, aunt, God mother, and friend, she is survived by her son, Eric Messer; sister, Linda Westenberger; and lots of cats. She was a bookkeeper and business owner. Family and friends will celebrate her life on Saturday, April 7 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., with a ceremony starting at 2:00 p.m., at Judy’s residence, 677 General Puller Hwy., in Saluda.
