Judy Phillips

Judith Hugate Phillips,76, of Cobbs Creek, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. She was born on January 16, 1947. She graduated from Mathews High School and retired from Chartway Credit Union after many years of dedicated service.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Jimmy Ray Phillips, Sr., and is survived by her daughter, Karen Phillips; a son, Jimmy R. Phillips, Jr. (Janice); grandchildren, Colby Phillips, Brody Phillips, Keeley Phillips, Coral Phillips, Ryan Polesko, Steven Pritchett, Jr. (Kayla), Chase McMakin and Brandon Booker; great-grandsons, Cole Pritchett and Patrick Phillips, and a special nephew, Phil Phillips.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 11, 2023 from Noon until 1:00 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 1:00. p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Windsor Gardens Cemetery, Dutton, Virginia.
