March 1, 1944 — March 12, 2025

Judy Ann White, 81, of Foster, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. Judy was born in North Carolina and was the youngest of ten children. She loved being a homemaker, was an excellent cook and loved feeding and caring for people. She loved singing country music. Judy worked at North Star Mart for many years. During her son's deployment in the Army and National Guard, she volunteered to serve in the Family Readiness Group, fed the unit in West Point lunch, and sent care packages to the troops.

She is predeceased by her son, Richard Coulby.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Donald White; her sons, Joseph Coulby, David Coulby (Pam) and her daughter, Catherine Stoner (Dave); step-children, Donald White, Jr. (Lynn), Teresa Machen (Chuck), William White (Pam), Arlene Smith, and Phyllis Fleming (Jimmy).
