June Shipley

June Clarke Shipley of Cobbs Creek, daughter of deceased parents Josephine and Wilburn Clarke, passed away on January 22, 2018. June was also predeceased by her husband of 60 years, William Warren Shipley. She is survived by son, Scott Shipley of Newport News and granddaughter, Leslie Shipley of Mathews; Devoted sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Winder Gayle of Cobbs Creek and Brenda and Guy Kemp of Dutton. June was a member of Mathews Chapel United Methodist Church. A Graveside Service will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Windsor Garden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a charity of your choice. Faulkner Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, VA is assisting the Shipley family with arrangements.
