Kenneth Healy Hudgins, 86, of New Point, Virginia passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Rappahannock General Hospital. He was a retired tug boat captain from Allied Towing Company and was a member of Beulah United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George C. and Eunice "Miss Vedie" Hudgins; two sisters and one brother.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret P. Hudgins; 3 children, Karen Lord, Susan Gay Otey, and Kenneth H. Hudgins, Jr.; two grandchildren, Jessie & Kenny Bowmer; and three great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 7:00 pm in Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, Virginia. Visitation will follow the service. Burial will be private. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Kenneth's memory to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, Va 23058-5216.
