Lester Washburn

Lester A Washburn, Jr. (Whitey) of Topping, Virginia went to eternal peace February 17, 2016. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He loved nature and was an avid fisherman. He leaves many friends including Doug and Debbie Stoughton of Topping, Shannon Stoughton of Richmond and Mandy and George Boneillo of Conway, SC.
