Lorraine Hollandsworth

Lorraine Ingram Hollandsworth, 95, of Mathews, Virginia passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021.

Lorraine was a devoted member of Salem United Methodist Church. she volunteered to help the sick at Walter Reed Hospital.

She is predeceased by her parents, Walter and Alice Mitchem; both husband’s, George “Buck” Ingram and Earl Hollandsworth and her brothers, Robert “Bobby” Mitchem and Russell Mitchem.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Loretta I. Hudgins (Tony); grandson, William Daryle Adams (Cheryl); granddaughter, Farrah Adams; six great- grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; two sisters, Carolyn Watkins (Curtis) and Gladys Kemp.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, with the funeral services following immediately at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Trinity Church, Foster, Virginia 23056.

The family especially wants to thank Diana Turner for her compassion and dedication to them during this difficult time.
