Martha Brill-Hancock

Martha Carter Brill-Hancock, age 71, of Mascot died Thursday, May 30, 2013. She was a retired school teacher, devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was also a graduate of West Point High School class of 1959 and a graduate of Catawba College class of 1963. Marty was predeceased by her first husband Richard B. Brill and is survived by her husband, Robert G. Hancock; daughters, Korte B. Williams (Michael), Stephenie B. Self (Roy); a brother, John Hasty (Pat); grandchildren, Bridgette, Jacob, Hannah and Amber, five step sons and eleven step grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and special friends, Wes and Patricia Hade and their daughters, Sarah and Rebekah. Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00AM Monday in Christ Church Cemetery, Christchurch. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060. Arrangements by Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Saluda.
