Minnie Mitchem

Minnie R. Mitchem, 88, of Gwynn passed away on June 24, 2017 at Riverside-Walter Reed Hospital in Gloucester. Born on May 18, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Mr.& Mrs. Wainwright Rowe Revere, and wife of the late James Sidney Mitchem, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her brother Paul T. Revere. She leaves to cherish her memory, her only child, Kathy Rowe (Timmy); two grandsons, Jason (Stephanie) and Brian Sr. (Amanda); three great-grandchildren, Steven, Brian Jr., and McKenzie; a nephew Wayne Revere (Lisa); as well as a host of others who she dearly loved. In respect for Minnie's wishes, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Mathews Volunteer Fire Dept., P.O.
