Myrtis Jones

December 31, 1969 — January 7, 2016

Myrtis Brooks Jones, age 80, of Locust Hill passed away Thursday, January 7, 2016. She was a member of Mattaponi Baptist Church. Survived by her daughters, Patricia J. Kirby (Corky), Nancy J. Hazzard (Carroll), Shirley Jean Brown; a son, David K. Jones; sisters, Frances B. Revere, Mary Jo Carlton, ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 9th in Mattaponi Baptist Church, King & Queen County. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Saluda.
