Pamela Ann Morris of Port Haywood, VA departed this earth on Friday, August 14, 2020. Pam was born in Atlanta GA on January 17, 1949. At age 17 she moved with her parents to North Carolina where she lived for 10 years. She then moved to Houston, TX and worked as a geology assistant, researching and hand drawing topographic maps for several large oil companies. In the mid 90’s she moved to Mathews County VA to help her aging mother. She also cleaned houses and drove a number of Mathew’s widows to appointments until her declining health forced her to retire. Pam is survived by her beloved 3 cats, her only sibling, Linda Morris Killmeier (husband Larry) 2 nephews, Colonel Lawrence Killmeier (USMC Retired) (wife Beth), Lucus Allen Killmeier (wife Nicole) 3 nieces (Brittani Lewis, Jessica Zimmerman and Sara Killmeier), 2 nephews (Jacob and Noah Killmeier) and 1 grandniece Braelynn Lewis and 1 grandnephew, Boston Lewis. On Friday, August 28th, the family will receive friends at 7:00 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, VA followed by a brief memorial service at 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society.
