Parks H. Webb, age 82, of Urbanna passed peacefully Saturday, January 19, 2013. He was the widower of Betty L. Webb and a retiree of the Newport News Ship Yard. Survived by his children, Kathryn W. Osborne, Dennis J. Webb, Donna G. Wright, Diana G. Hosmer, Kristy D. Webb, Jennifer A. Webb and John W. Francis. Sisters, Mary Lee Miller, Annette White, 17 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00am Wednesday at Middlesex Memorial Cemetery, Urbanna. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Tuesday at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Saluda. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Parks H. Webb Memorial Fund c/o C & F Bank, PO Box 464, Saluda, VA 23149.
