Pauline Gilbert

Pauline S. Gilbert, 102, of Hardyville, died Sunday, February 14, 2016. Pauline was the widow of Elbert Lee Gilbert. She is survived by her son, Harry Lee Gilbert (Linda) and her daughter, Pamela Forrest (Marshall); seven grandchildren; Raymond and Wayne Gilbert, Lydia Bunting, Karen Hall, Carrie Gilbert, Eric Forrest and Cheryl Goin, and twenty-one great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Libby Gilbert. Pauline spent a lot of time sewing for her family and everyone she knew. Several members of the family have quilts that she made. She was an active member of Zoar Baptist Church until her health failed. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Zoar Baptist Church, Deltaville with visitation at 1:00 pm and the funeral services at 2:00 pm.
