Pearl Ripley Hutchinson passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Riverside-Walter Reed Hospital, Gloucester, Virginia. She was a lifelong member of New Point Friends Church and a charter member of the Chesapeake Bay Circle of The Kings Daughters & Sons.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Wilson Hutchinson.
She is survived by her daughter, Olive Faye Hutchinson; a sister, Betty Zane White; a brother, Eugene Ripley; a brother-in-law, John Robert Pierce; and a sister-in-law, Audrey L. Ripley and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 7 – 9 pm at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, Virginia. A Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 2:00 pm in New Point Friends Church, with burial following in St. Paul Annex, Susan, Virginia. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Pearl's memory to New Point Friends Church, c/o Nancy Layng, P.O. Box 421, North, Virginia 23128 and/ or the Kings Daughters and Sons, c/o Lydia Wetterling, P. O. Box 37, Susan, Virginia 23163
