Phyliss Bristow

Phyliss A. Bristow, of Richmond, born October 19, 1955 and a native of Middlesex County, went to be with her Heavenly Father and her beloved mother, Florence R. Boone on Tuesday, July 3, 2012. She was employed by WaWa and loved both the company and her co-workers. She was best known to her many friends and family as “Rusty” or “Susie”. Phyliss was strong in her faith, as her daily reading of choice was her Bible. She loved traveling out in God’s World to see his beautiful creations, both human and otherwise. Phyliss leaves to cherish her memory a brother Edward R. Bristow, Locust Hill; aunts Dorothy Lawson, Florida; Patricia Watson, Deltaville; Irma Dann, Richmond; and her extended family and friends. Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Friday, July 6 at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Saluda. Interment Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Topping. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until service time at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Children’s Hospital, 2924 Brook Road, Richmond, VA 23230.
